At Thunderbolt Adventure Supply, we want you to be fully equipped for your next journey. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Ship the Gear
Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new adventure gear within 3-5 business days.
